The Owner is Suuuuper Anxious. My dog was okay to groom one day and then the next time there was a problem. She did this with another dog we had some years ago and it was crazy how she responds to the little things. This sets an Alarm off in my mind. It seems that she does none of the grooming and changes workers frequently, which could be the cause of the inconsistency with cuts and overall sessions with pets. Pay these people And take something to calm yourself lady. Y'all butchered my dog and didn't finish his cut this time and your staff trimmed our other dogs beard after we SPECIFICALLY asked Y'all not to. I waited and thought long and hard about writing this. I know business isn't easy. But you have to overcome with the times. All Groomers should know how to handle MOST dogs. You have 3. Up the vetting process.

Been going to Mrs Tammy for 5 plus years . Her attitude and her quality has changed throughout the years . She is now a rude woman and handles dogs in a way which made me no longer do business with her again.Tammy has been servicing 4 dogs for me and her workers are nice and polite and do good work but Tammy not so much. I took my 6 month old pup to her a few time's for nail trimming and she never did the Dew Claw and she even noticed it and said wonder why they never cut it out .I noticed she didn't cut it and it was curling up so I went back in and man was she rude . Said im not in a good mood and not to mess with her . I was very upset and told her she should go home then if she was in a bad mood and not deal with customers on stuff she should of done when paid and tipped for She then did the job I paid her for and tossed the clippers on the desk in my direction and said bye and to take my dogs elsewhere as she didn't have time for this crap . I will post this everywhere as I am a Business Owner and no customer should EVER be treated the way I was . You lost some very good customers and it was all over your rude attitude and your actions on how you handled this matter .Dont be fooled by her used to be nice meet and greet she also handles dogs very ruff and has also sent my pups back to me with grooming I didnt ask for and burn rashes for cutting to close .Not to mention my dogs smelled like cigarettes after grooming as she is a heavy smoker .
